Taco Salad for Dinner-Thanks Suzanne!


So, we've been on this diet for a little over a week now. I have to say I feel good. Don't know if I have really lost any significant weight yet, but I do feel better in my skin.

Tonight I made a taco salad from one of Suzanne's books. How is this a diet food you ask? Well, again, her thing is properly combining foods when you eat them. For example, the taco salad consisted of the meat (seasoned with cumin, cayenne, paprika, onion, garlic, tomato paste and chili powder), lettuce, chopped tomato, shredded cheddar and sour cream. No carbs, all proteins/fats and vegetables. It was delicious and filling. Tomorrow we will have some sort of fish I think.

She's a kook, but she may have something here...
