This Sunday is the day! I’ll be participating in the Wallis Sands Duathlon.

I’ve been thinking a lot about my mom this week as I prepare for Sunday. She always remembered my cancer anniversary day and she would have been excited to come cheer me on. I’ll dedicate my run/bike/run on Sunday to her. Miss you mom.

The 3.2 mile (5K) run course offers sensational ocean views. The one loop course starts north along the coast on Route 1A then turns around at the Odiorne State Park entrance returning south along the coast to the transition area/finish line.
